Owasso Fitness Sanctuary is determined to have clients’ full attention without the distraction of heavy stationary gym machinery and crowds. With a one-on-one private approach to personal training, our goal is to maintain the privacy of all of our client’s while transforming their lifestyle’s. Dedicated to each clients needs, we create specialized fitness programs for each client according to his or her goals, age, weight, cardiovascular fitness, joint function, exercise history, and health history.
Attend sports performance training to experience a group setting with peers around your age and skill level. Sessions consist of training concepts designed to increase aspects of sports performance while reducing the likelihood of injury. Each session consists of a warm-up, a skill (speed, power, agility), and foundational concepts of strength training and conditioning designed to develop overall athleticism.

TEAM STRENGTH TRAINING
Team Strength will help you in almost every facet of life. Increase overall strength, power and knowledge throughout this informative class. Integrate core conditioning and athletic drills to pump up calorie burn while building power and lean body mass. Do all this while learning proper technique to help optimize results and avoid injury.
Class Times: 4:45am(besides weds) 5:20am 9am 4:45pm and 6:15pm
ADVANCED MET CON
HIIT (high-intensity interval training) combines full-body strength and conditioning movements to keep the heart rate up and keep you moving. We’ll make sure you’re moving the right way, so be ready to challenge your mobility, strength and endurance.
Class Times: 6am, 8 15am and 5:30pm
